The metabolic analysis test will take about 1 hour in total and will be held at your location such as your home or gym. Options include a treadmill, rowing machine, or stationary bike.

If we are meeting you at a gym, please verify that our associate can come into the gym to perform the test and we will have access to the exercise equipment needed.

We will also need a quiet area to perform the resting test or this can be done in the office at another time.

You will receive your expert metabolic consultation and nutritional counseling online after the test is reviewed and sent to you.

After you complete the payment, we will contact you to confirm date/time and location for the test.
