This 60-minute consultation is for:
- new clients requiring a formal medical evaluation, treatment plan and prescriptions
- existing clients requiring ongoing treatment plans and prescriptions every 3 months
(if you are an existing client currently in your 3 month treatment cycle, please use this calendar instead.)
*Medical Consults are required for functional medicine services, but NOT for body contouring or skin restructuring services (botox, fillers, morpheus8). If you are unsure, please text or call us!
